Meet the Founder: A New Standard for Cyprus Property Management

Demetri Petrou founded Spitiko after a decade in senior digital and commercial roles at Amazon, LEGO, Burberry and Channel 4. He relocated to Paphos as a property owner and investor, and built Spitiko from direct experience on both sides of the rental market — as a host who needed honest management, and as a guest who knew exactly what a premium property should deliver.

I quickly discovered the property landscape here had incredible potential, but significant gaps.

Whether I needed property management for my rental investments, wanted to offer exceptional holiday experiences to guests, or required major renovations, every aspect felt fragmented. Finding trustworthy professionals, coordinating multiple services, and maintaining consistent standards across different property needs was challenging and time-consuming.
