    For ongoing management referrals, you receive 2.5% of our management fee paid monthly for the duration of the contract. For fixed rental placements, you receive 50% of the first month's rent as a one-time bonus. Payments are processed monthly via bank transfer, typically within 5 business days of the end of each month.

    Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral earns you the applicable commission structure. The more properties you refer, the more you earn. We welcome partnerships with agents and developers who have multiple clients or properties to refer.

    Once you submit a referral through our form, we assign a unique tracking code to that client/property. You'll receive confirmation when your referral signs a contract with us, and you can access a partner dashboard to track your active referrals, pending contracts, and commission payments. We provide full transparency with monthly statements.

    Our referral program is open to real estate agents, property developers, financial advisors, relocation specialists, and any professional who works with property owners or investors in Cyprus. If you regularly interact with clients who own or are considering purchasing holiday properties, you're a perfect fit for our program.

    For ongoing management commissions, you receive payment for as long as the client remains with us. If they discontinue our services, commissions for that property will cease. However, you'll continue earning from all other active referrals. For fixed rental bonuses, once paid, they're yours regardless of the rental duration.
